If you have watched the behind the scenes during a newborn session video you have already met Miss Rylee.
She was a feisty little thing and so strong to be a newborn. Alas, I won 🙂
Little girls dance their way into your heart,
Whirling on the tips of angel wings,
Scattering gold dust and kisses in our paths
The quilt pictured below is a family heirloom. I may have fallen in love with it and told mom not to worry if it didn’t make it home with her. This was also my first time using natural light for any of my newborn shots and I simply adore the beautiful shoadowing and depth it created. So from now on I will be doing at least one shot like this!
Since Grandpa is a big Coke fan, we had to do this set up!Excuse me Jamie, but you aren’t supposed to look that gorgeous a week after having a baby.Newborns are one the the hardest and lengthy sessions, but they are by far my favorite part of my job. Yes, there is a lot of posing and adjusting every little detail (because I am a stickler for details) but I also get to see the beautiful connection between parents and their new baby. Sometimes I even get to feed them and I always get a few baby snuggles in!
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this miraculous time in your lives.
